Do you offer free estimates?

We offer free estimates over the phone please feel free to give us a call! There is $50 in person estimate fee that can be subtracted from your signed contract.

What is qualifying about?

We want to make sure we are the right fit for you. We understand your time is valuable. We want to work together to make sure your project is correctly completed.

Can you beat another contractor's estimates?

We will sit down with you and talk about your project. We will generate an estimate based on our costs that will serve as an apples to apples comparison.

What is the payment structure for a typical contract?

All of our construction contracts start with a deposit of 25%-50% of that contract. Upon completion of a certain milestone 25% is paid. The remaining 25% of your contract is due upon completion of the work. All change orders, if applicable are due upon completion. On large scale projects, a smaller deposit may be offered with more frequent payment installments, based on completed work. Under these circumstances a retainer is required.

Why a retainer?

For some accounts in the beginning phases of construction, we will require a retainer. A retainer is required if you do not have approved plans by your local building department, or are in the design phase of construction. All commercial accounts start with a retainer.

How long is my proposal/ unsigned contract valid for?

All proposals/construction contracts are valid for 30 days after being sent. After 30 days of being sent, with no signature from the client, all proposals and contracts are void. Pricing may increase due to market conditions.
