Drywall and painting

Drywall is $220 per 4×8 sheet with material, hung, spackled and sanded so it's ready to prime (a minimum job size applies). We are proud Benjamin Moore painters for commercial and residential, interior and exterior work. Have your paint codes and sheens ready before the estimate and we can price it exactly.

Floors and tile

Hardwood, carpet, laminate and vinyl, from large commercial floors to a single room. Vinyl and laminate installs start at $5 per square foot. Tile is $10 to $20 and up per square foot for labor; choose your tile from our suppliers and we install it.

Electrical and plumbing

Electrical work is done by master NJ-licensed electricians: service upgrades, LED lighting that lowers the energy bill, new circuits and fixtures, for homes and businesses. Electrical fixture installs start at $300.

Plumbing is done by a master NY/NJ-licensed plumber, for commercial build-outs, new kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms. Plumbing fixture installs start at $950. HVAC problem? Call us.

Windows, doors and gutters

Vinyl windows are installed from $500 each. Gutters with micro-mesh guards are $25 per linear foot. We also install doors, including storefront doors and glass overhead doors for businesses.

Do you take on small repair jobs?

Yes. We handle small home repairs for our neighbors as well as full renovations.

What paint do you use?

Benjamin Moore. Bring your paint codes and sheens to the estimate so we can price the job exactly.

Who does the electrical and plumbing work?

Master NJ-licensed electricians and a master NY/NJ-licensed plumber.

How is drywall priced?

$220 per 4×8 sheet with material, hung, spackled and sanded ready to prime. A minimum job size applies.
