One team, in the right order
A kitchen is the room where the trades collide: plumbing and electrical have to be roughed in before walls close, cabinets have to be set before counters are templated, and the backsplash waits for the counters. We run all of it on one schedule with our own builders, plumbers and electricians, which is how a kitchen stays on track.
How the price comes together
Every kitchen is priced from its own layout and finishes, and the proposal shows it line by line. Our published trade prices give a sense of the pieces: plumbing fixture installs from $950, electrical fixture installs from $300, tile from $10 to $20 per square foot, and drywall at $220 a sheet hung and finished.
The biggest variables are the cabinets and counters you choose and whether the layout changes. Keeping the sink, range and refrigerator where they are keeps the plumbing, gas and electrical simple. Moving them is often worth it, and the proposal shows what it costs.
Commercial kitchens
We also build commercial kitchens, with exhaust hoods, ventilation and fire suppression over the cook line. See the Abuelo's Steakhouse project for one we built in Bloomfield.
