How we price
Start with a phone call; phone estimates are free. If the project is a fit, we visit. An in-person estimate is $50, and it comes off your contract when you sign.
We price every job from our own costs, line by line, so you can compare it with any other bid. Proposals are valid for 30 days. After that, pricing may change with the market.
How you pay
- 25–50%deposit when the contract is signed
- 25%at an agreed milestone
- 25%at completion, with any change orders
Large projects can use a retainer and a smaller deposit, with more frequent payments tied to completed work. Financing is available on every project.

How much does a deck cost per square foot in New Jersey?
Our deck labor is $30 per square foot, with material billed on top. A 12 × 16 ft deck is about $5,760 in labor before decking, framing and railing material.
What does it cost to build out a restaurant?
Our average for a new restaurant of about 1,000 sq ft is $400,000 and up, including building work, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, the hood, vent and suppression system, and architectural drawings.
Are these prices labor only?
Unless a row says material is included, yes: the price is labor only and material is extra. Your written proposal lists both.
